Now it has been gone over 6 month from start loss my weight and now it’s time to think what happend and what is archived. First thing first I would like mention is at I have loss 18 kg weight what is mean about 16,5% total weigh loss. . That is really mean lighter walking and excersice times :).
I just found from my storage old clothers. I have use those cloters about 10 years ago. I think that is rally good thing to do and really undestand what is done. Otherwise you are just look you weight now and what happend previous week, but hey, I have loss 18 kg now.
If you have any motivation please visit old frend who have not seen you in loos weight time – I’ll promise you will get postive feedback :).
Then I have learn new way to eat. Pratically I have not eaten any potatoes, rise, wheat or any kind of brad. Then I have not got any headache since last august what and mine blood values has been gone normal values.
Then I have start eat brakfast (egg, slides of ham, slides of chees and coffee) every morning. and I have not eat pratically any sugger (only stevia) when I need some sweet to food.
So, what would be realistic new target…. My original goal was 77 kg by end of march – Not archived, but very close. So I’m still keep this target but now new target day is end of May 2012. For really hard target I will set to myself 75 kg target before this blog will to celebrate one year. As now I would like give to me target for orgintering, but that target I will set orintering target after this year first orintering run. That will be done not later than end of April. In Finland we still have little snow and I don’t want run in forrest when ground is still frozen.
For me I have prize waiting. When I have archived my original target (77 kg), then I will travell to Austria / Alps for hiking. I looove those mountain view. That is very important at all have major targer prize what will be happend when you achive your targer. That targer must be something what you really whant.
And starting form today I will start tweet daily what I have eat and report my exercise and here I will continue keep more less summary level information and feelings in this blog etc. Hopefully my twitting/blog also can help/encourages other with them own loss weight project (and learning new way live with food and exercise). Everyone need to remember that lossing weight project is only beginnig of new life 🙂
