I just got today morning 78.8 kg I am happy. I was already thought that was it. I cannot never get my weight under 80 kg enymore. But I was wrong. I was fightning and I go resoults. 🙂
How? That is improtant to undestand to know how to proceed at the future. I just continue eat normal breakfast (egg, slide of hamm and slide of chees and tomatoes) Lunch (something meat and salad), Dinner (meat, salad and vegetables) and yougurst and bluberrys. Most imprtant is not feel hungry and eat little but egnouh. Remember do not eat to litte also then you body go to ”sleep” mode and are not use so much energy.
Most imprtant is remember drink. If you have stop drink regurally and then you start again your weight propally will rice few kilos, but it will go down if youremember continue drinking water.
I have also start my old hobby ”orienteering” that is nice again. I can feeel I have power for running up hill and swamps etc. I so happy I have energy to do that again.
