I have not written long time, but I have also has been broblem with my weight. Weitgh have not change at all. I have been 80 kg plus minus 1 kg now beginning of this year.
Good thing is weight have not start rise again. I think my body is struggle because I can remember I have been long time ago 80 kg many many years. So I’m assume that is reason and now it’s important think what I can do different way.
My next plan is get more exercise hours with low pulse i.e 2 hour jogging 60-70% pulse of my maximum (180 beats per minute) pulse. So, that is mean for me about 110-130 beats per minute running and It’s have to be done 4-5 time per week. Not bad, because I’m already now to do some exercise 5-6 time per week. about 1-3 hours per day.
Then same time I have to think maybe I have change my eating and REMEMBER drink abut 2 litre per day. Now I have drink only 1 litre per day. And (for me) that is too little. That is personal thing. I know some friends who is losing weight and they are drink only 0.5 – 1 litre per day.
I still want keep my targer 77 kg before 1st of June 2012. So it’s only about 1 kg per month. 🙂
