Now I have been about 4 weeks in same weigth 82-83 kg. Now it’s time think what I’m doing wrong?
Now I’m thinking this is ”latest” 10 kg weight loss, what is most difficult one. Whne you start loss weight lossing start with very good resoults, but later that speed will be slow down. Why ? THAT is very good question. Some says at reason is you have been come back to your old habits, some says at you have though you know how to do it, some says you have not drink watre enough…
I think there is no one reason what will correct situation. I think in this time you need start thinking again your motivations, habits, live situation etc. As I have I have now been in this diet about 3 month. And as you know life is change round you and you have to react too. In new life (and diet status) you cannot anymore come back your routine life. You have to be very careful signals.
Other thing is important remember. I think it’s important go to weight every day, even some days you weight is going up and other is going fast down, but that way you can control that weight is NOT start going up. And also it’s important keep bookipping about your weght at least ones a week, then you know what is direction of your weight.
My self I have start thinkin about what I’m eating? Have I start do something wrongly?. For instance have I add something sweet to my food or are my portion too big or how about dinnertime or exercise situation.
For me I think I have not drink water enough and I have been start drink coffee too much vs. drinkin water. That is first and easy to correct – drink more spring water (at least 3 litre/day). Then I think it’s good check dinner portion and timing. If my portation is now too heavy ;). To correct that I have to think again calories. I don’t need more thant 1400 kcal/day when I try loss my weight. Later when I’m keep my weight solid I need about 2000 kcal/day, but not know.
I will start contol those two things and I will follow status carefully next week.
