In diet time it’s good give relax possiblities to youself, if those has been part of your life. My opinion is otherwise you don’t (very easily at least) can change your life.

For me today was relaxing time

I was make good beef (what is normal and good food in my diet anyway), becaue I don’t dip that beef any extra grill souse, because I don’t know what are in there.

Dinner recipe:

  • 1 piece  200 g beef (grilled)
  • 3-4 pieces asparagus
  • 1-2 slice herb butter (self maded)
  • red wine sauce (self maded)
  • salad with tomatoes (spiced with balsamic vinegar, Oliv oil, pepper annd finger in the salt)

Then for dinkr couple glass Cabernet Sauvignon grape red wine (i.e. all Spain Toro’s are good)

It’s good remember when you have keep ”relax” time then next day can be more exercise based day and you can eat normal diet. BUT remember don’t stop eating you body need enegrey to burn fat so you have to eat normally (breakfast, lunch, dinner …) and remember drink.

Because I’m living in Finland I was also in Sauna today and that is very relaxing for me (if you have never try, I’ll stongly recomend try when you have possibility to test)

Today my weight was go down again 🙂
