I have start today testing. I take only half of my diet food one meal. So that way I have double amout of meal per day. Hopefully that is working and reduce my hungry feelings.
This time of day I feel ok, not so hungry that yesterday. I have also be bored of taste of water. That water taste is not really taste nothing but anyway ;). Now I have start add few drops of lemon taste (no suger) and sparkling. Water taste like lemon sparkling water now, not bad. Mayby this way I will drink enough water per day. I have try drink about 3-4 litre. I have also problem with myself at nights, because I have to go to bathroom have a pee every single night (at least ones). That is not nice because I have to walk downstare and up back to bed. Hopefully that running to bathroom at nights will stop. At the moment my body water % is about 50%, I don’t know have I problem with absorbed. If I have undestand correctly water% should be 50-70%.
Today I have floorball training (one hour). I hope I have enough energy to have good training. I will try have training without any extra energy only water and Xtravaganza diet foods.
Here is graph of this month (August/2011). Now my weight loss % (totally) is 5.2% and today weight is 91.2 kg (201 pounds / 14.4 stones).
Today’s floorball training was quite good. One reason is because we had 2 goal keeper and that way play was quite fast too. My calories was 640 kcal from that training time. That is normal, not big, but not even low for one hour training.
Now I have eat all of those diet food’s and now I am hungry, but I think best thing is just get more water (with lemon taste). I think yesterday was little bit worser day than today.
