first week (8th day) behind

Now I have been first full week in ”full speed diet”. I’m still not sure are this ”soup” diet for me. We was today in amusement park and I was realize I’m can handle hungry feeling, but mostly I miss real eating. I know my totally lost % is 6% and I have get quite good resoults. I have told to my wife at I’m trying continue until I go to travell trip to Italy – I just need to be strong.

I know last time I was loss my weight using atikins diet (no carbohydrates) and that time I feel great, because I eat meat and vegetables as much I need. Maybe I shoud need found latest information about that diet and after that make dicision what is next steps. I still want loss my weight to 77 kg – and I am ready to do work.

I still have floorball training (2 hours). I think add more training and learning what I can eat should be also write direction.
