Half fast or VHH or Karping phase start

I have start ”karppaus” or ”VHH” or Xtravaganza half fast diet phase. That phase take months. I just aim get now get 77 kg and after that I move ”life time” mode. Now my weight is 88.1 kg and after I finnish ”fast diet” My weiht is not drop, but it’s not even get higher.

In this phase I will keep my calories little too low (about 1400 kcal) and add training. My target is learn eat more protein food than car… (hiilihydraatti by finnish) and also lean cook good, taste and helathy food.

Today after breakfast I will go run my first ”Hikiä testaus” running. That is 1.5 km long, but lot of hills.
