Loss Weight

It’s has been here over month ago when I write liste time and I feel at I have be lazy write this blog. Anyway losing weight project have been gone fine.

This is not excuse, but I have been travel couple times (in France and Italy). Even I have been travel  my weight is going down quite smootly (as you can see losing weight grapht) . In my travel I didn’t  make lot of special arragements when I was eat, juts go to restauraunt and order food. When travel like these ”wine” countries you should enjoy your travle and have couple of class of good wine. Like this one.

This wine was found in Italy and that was taste great. I don’t know are that taste good because I haven’t drick any alcohol since I have start loss my weight.

Anyway this botle was not only for me. Me and couple colleaugues share this one.

I will think it’s not  main thing to be absolutely without alcohol or carbohydrates. This losing weight journey is also learning live healthy way with reasonable amount of ”not allowed” foods/drinks.

Now my wife is also half speed diet phase. That is good because now it’s easer make food for two than only one.

Today food:

Breakfast: One egg with ham and chees (some spices to taste)

Lunch & Dinner: Nut Chicken file with broccoli and salad (green salad and tomato). Chicken I was fry with rapeseed oil and butter with almond, coconat and hazelnut (and some spices to taste i.e. carry, smoked pepper, chili, salt etc.)

Supper: curd & blueberry

What about my fitness? I have not make any new testing, but I bought new pulse watch (Polar RS800cs) to my self from airport taxfree. That was cost 229 euro in Helsinki airport. Normally in Finland cost is about 360-370 euro.

From this picture I can see how my training was went. and what was my hart pulse. That is really great watch i like it.
